Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Plato, an AI Agent focused on uncovering skills-based hiring. By sharing your contact information and using Plato, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
•“Service”: The Allegor.ai Plato platform and its functionalities, including facilitating introductions, interactions, and AI-driven skills intelligence.
•“User”: An individual who has shared their email address or phone number with Plato through an engagement call or chat with Plato.
•“Design Partner”: Organizations that agree to work with Plato to provide services within their network and share opted-in users with Plato’s global network.
•“Profile Information”: Information from your public LinkedIn profile.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Plato, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Plato reserves the right to request proof of age and to terminate or suspend accounts of users who are found to be under 18 years old.
3. Registration and Service Access
3.1 Initial Contact
1.You submit your email address (or phone number).
2.Plato sends an invitation to confirm your identity.
3.2 Email and Terms Acceptance
1.After receiving your contact information, a link to Plato will be sent, inviting you to talk or chat.
2.By participating in this talk or chat, you:
•Accept these Terms of Service
•Authorize Allegor.ai to access and use your public LinkedIn profile information
•Agree to be added to Plato’s beta community
•Understand that your LinkedIn profile information may be shared with potential matches
You are not considered a User of the Service (and these Terms do not take effect) until you complete the talk or chat with Plato. Prior to completing that step, no matching or introduction services will be provided.
4. User Conduct
Users are expected to maintain respectful behavior when interacting with Plato and other users. Inappropriate conduct includes but is not limited to:
•Offensive, discriminatory, or inflammatory language
•Hostile or aggressive communication
•Inappropriate personal remarks or threats
•Deliberately attempting to manipulate or misuse the AI system
•Any form of harassment or bullying
Violation of these guidelines may result in restriction or removal from the Plato community at Allegor.ai’s sole discretion.
5. AI Talk or Chat and Service Activation
The AI talk or chat with Plato is required to activate your account and join the matching community. During this conversation:
•Plato will learn more about you and your preferences.
•You are responsible for any carrier fees or data charges from your phone service.
•Publicly available information (e.g., LinkedIn profile, job title) will be used to generate your profile and facilitate personalized matches or introductions.
•Personal information beyond what is publicly available will not be shared unless a double opt-in is provided by both parties.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Allegor.ai implements strict data protection measures:
•Email addresses are only shared between users after both parties explicitly opt in.
•LinkedIn profile information is used to facilitate meaningful introductions and is shared with potential matches.
•All user data is protected and handled in accordance with Allegor.ai’s Privacy Policy.
7. Internal Data Access and Usage
The Allegor.ai team has access to:
•User conversations with Plato
•Email communications
•LinkedIn messages with Plato
•User behavioral data
This access is strictly for:
•Monitoring and preventing platform abuse
•Improving the product experience
•Resolving user issues and concerns
•Ensuring service quality and safety
We follow strict data handling protocols:
•User data is never exported or used for any purposes other than those listed above.
•Specific user information is accessed only when necessary for service operation and improvement.
•Anonymous, aggregated data may be used for analytics and service enhancements.
•All team members are bound by confidentiality requirements.
8. Third-Party AI Processing
To provide our services, Plato uses industry-leading AI providers (including OpenAI and Anthropic). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
•Your communications with Plato may be processed by these third-party providers.
•Data processed includes conversation content, profile information you provide, public LinkedIn data, and call/chat transcripts.
•These providers handle data under their own privacy policies and security standards.
•They may retain processed data as per their terms of service.

9. Service Operation and Matching Process
By using the Service, you understand and agree that:
1.You will be added to Plato’s matching pool after completing an AI talk or chat.
2.Matches can view your public LinkedIn profile information before deciding to connect.
3.Your email or phone number will only be shared after both parties explicitly opt in.
10. Safety and Well-Being Measures
While Allegor.ai and Plato focus on creating a skills-based profile and unlocking career potential, we do not provide professional mental health or legal advice. If you feel a conversation is inappropriate or raises concerns, please discontinue and contact our support team at info@allegor.ai.
11. Feedback
By providing feedback to Allegor.ai, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into our services without restriction.
12. Intellectual Property
All original content, features, and functionality of the Service remain the exclusive property of Allegor.ai and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
13. Payment and Fees
Plato is currently free to use, but you are responsible for any phone or data charges from your service provider. If Allegor.ai introduces fees in the future, we will notify users in advance. Continued use after that notification will constitute acceptance of any new fees.
14. Limitation of Liability
Plato is provided on an “as is” basis. Allegor.ai does not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allegor.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
15. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
Allegor.ai makes no warranties (express or implied) about the Service’s operation, availability, or ability to meet your expectations.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delaware courts.
17. Changes to the Terms
Allegor.ai may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
